Main responsibilities:

  • Delivers service and support to customers through live chats, emails and phone callsProvides answers to customers by identifying problems, researching answers and guiding the customer through corrective stepsHandles and resolves customer complaintsProvides information to customers in regards to the Company’s services and productsProvides quality service and support in a variety of areas including but not limited to System/technical troubleshooting, Login/Account issues, Accounting (deposits and withdrawals), and overall trading inquiriesMaintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision-making. Handling issues in the best interest of both the customer and  CompanyInform customers about the internal regulations and procedures of the CompanyFollow up on the progress of the response to the customerUpdates Customer recordsEnsuring that all duties are done so in line with the necessary KYC, AML, and Due diligence controlsProvides feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Main requirements:

  • English language as native/advanced/intermediate level is a mustComputer literacy with a very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsFlexible, outgoing, problem-solving skills, excellent communication skillsKnowledge of FX industry and productsAbility to work in shifts on a rotation basis – when needed it is a subject of additional remuneration
